Eloisa Bernardez is currently based in Paris but is originally from the Philippines. She holds a Master’s degree in International and European Studies from Université Sorbonne-Nouvelle. She has been conducting research over the transition of developing countries towards Green Economy.

Her area of expertise is concentrated on Sustainable Development, Climate Change and Migrants Integration and Inclusion; wherein she works with migrants and refugees as an Interpreter and Consultant.

On the digital technology side, Eloisa has acquired a technical formation in Data Science and Web Development.
