Sustainable Chemistry Specialist
Dr. Alexander Léval
Alexander studied sustainable chemistry and is passionate about climate change mitigation and environmental relief. More specifically, he completed a PhD at the Leibniz Institute for Catalysis (Likat) on the storage of hydrogen, a promising energy vector for future renewable and clean energy implementation.
His doctoral studies followed a Master of Science in green chemistry where he learned to implement an environmental dimension to problem solving in the field of chemistry. He has conducted academic research in Germany (Leibniz Institute for Catalysis), France (University of Strasbourg, IPCMS Institute) and the USA (University of California, Berkeley).
Alexander has interests in natural sciences (sustainable chemistry and environmental sciences) as well as climate change mitigation policy and environmental awareness.
