Dr. Claudia López-Morago Casamayor

Claudia is a biologist and Biological Anthropology PhD with more than 5 years of experience in coordination of science divulgation activities such as Pint of Science and European Researcher’s Night. She has also given talks at the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.

She is currently a postgraduate student in Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Action at the University of Cadiz (Spain) with a great interest in Environmental Education, Climate Change and Disaster Displacement.

Claudia speaks Spanish, her mother tongue, English and Portuguese. During her academic period, she has had the opportunity to collaborate in several research groups and to complete her training with stays abroad. Those experiences gave her a great adaptability to multidisciplinary teams.

Claudia is convinced of the importance of education as the axis of development and the only way to achieve a better planet.
